i-Xperience is not responsible for the possible punctual modifications that take place in/on the Points of Interest (POI) deployed in the activity, being these for reasons beyond the control of i-Xperience (cultural events, works and reforms in the streets, failures of access to Internet due to the user’s terminal or the location in which they are, dates and schedules of opening of the restaurants, museums and monuments, etc) that prevent to access to these POI or to realize some of the challenges proposed on them.

i-Xperience is not responsible for the quality of the service offered in the places mentioned in the activity, either as POI or as gastronomic references.

 

In any case, i-Xperience commits itself to maintain updated its experiences and activities so that the use of our application is of maximum satisfaction on the part of the user.

In no case, the fact of not using the acquired code, can be the justification of money refund.

Once the code is purchased, through our web page or through any official sales channel of i-Xperience, the user will receive in his cell phone and in his e-mail address a download link of the game App and in this way he/she will be able to start enjoying the acquired activity. Once the purchase has been made, there is no possibility of cancellation since the code will be activated from that moment and during the time determined by each experience, whether the activity is used and activated or not.

It is very important that, at the time of purchase, the user correctly selects the experience, the city where it will take place, the language of the experience, etc.
